Neuma Church used VisitorReach to make 860+ connections in their community, building momentum for a successful launch Sunday that welcomed 533 people and saw 16 people say yes to Jesus!

Before Neuma Church ever held its first service in South Bay, pastors Dylan and Keirsten Jones were already reaching people in their community.
Connections were being made. Conversations were beginning. People were feeling seen, heard, and connected before the church doors even opened.
Through VisitorReach, the Neuma team made 860+ connections with people in the local area.
On launch Sunday, those connections became part of something even bigger.
After service, a man approached Dylan and shared that he had just given his life to Christ. Then he handed him his pipe, ready to leave his old life behind.

It was a powerful picture of the life change Neuma had been praying to see in South Bay.
For Dylan and Keirsten, every conversation was an opportunity to meet someone where they were, hear their story, and help them feel there was a place for them at Neuma.
On launch Sunday, they got to see the heart behind that outreach come to life. 533 people walked through the doors, and 16 people made decisions to follow Jesus!
When attendees were asked how they heard about Neuma, most shared that they had discovered the church through Facebook and Instagram ads powered by VisitorReach.
And behind those numbers were stories of lives being changed.
One of those connections was a woman who discovered Neuma through a Facebook ad. After walking through a difficult season in life, she didn't have a church home and was looking for a fresh start. Through VisitorReach, she shared how excited she was to visit Neuma and become part of a church community.

And the momentum didn't stop after launch Sunday.
In their second week, Neuma welcomed 343 people and celebrated another 10 decisions for Jesus. They also received 104 RSVPs for their first Culture Night, an opportunity for people to learn more about Neuma and take their next steps toward getting involved.
With VisitorReach, Neuma began building meaningful relationships before opening Sunday, helping lay the foundation for continued growth, deeper connections, and more lives being reached with the hope of Jesus.
Neuma Church's launch shows how VisitorReach can help church planters take a more intentional approach to reaching their communities.
Rather than relying solely on traditional launch marketing, VisitorReach helps churches reach local people, start personal 1:1 text conversations, and build relationships before their first service.
With the right outreach and follow-up strategy, church planters can begin creating connections that extend well beyond launch Sunday.
