Who is Build Groups?

Founded by Pastor, Consultant, and five-time best-selling author Adam Erlichman, Build Groups serves churches of all sizes with customized solutions designed to fit each church's unique culture and ministry goals. 

One of the key ways Build Groups serves churches is through their Volunteer Consulting. Many churches today face ongoing challenges recruiting and retaining volunteers. Build Groups helps churches solve the volunteer crisis by creating custom processes to recruit, train, and retain volunteers and ministry leaders. Through their consulting, churches often see volunteer and leadership growth of 30–50% within six to twelve months.

Another area where Build Groups provides significant impact is through their Groups Ministry Consulting. Their team works alongside church leaders to build a complete groups ministry structure and train staff members or ministry leaders to oversee and operate it effectively. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, Build Groups develops customized systems that help churches create environments where discipleship and community can flourish.
