At VisitorReach, we’re honored to announce our strategic partnership with Harvest Foundation, a ministry rooted in a powerful mission: to sow into pastors so they can edify the Body of Christ and fulfill the work of the ministry.

This partnership reflects a shared calling: empowering pastors, strengthening churches, and transforming communities through practical support and spiritual care.

Who is Harvest Foundation?

Harvest Foundation was founded in 1996 with a simple but profound goal—to serve 100 senior pastors in the Evansville, Indiana area. What began as a regional ministry has grown to serve over 7,000 pastors across the United States and beyond, reaching 60+ denominations with no agenda, no fees, and no strings attached. Their team exists solely to care for the hearts of those leading the Church.

The mission? "To sow into pastors for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Christ." (Ephesians 4:11-12)

Their vision is equally powerful: to minister to pastors so they are refreshed and renewed—so they can thrive in both their leadership and their homes. At the core of everything Harvest Foundation does is a belief that when pastors experience the gift of rest, the churches they lead will flourish.

Led by longtime pastor Jim Henson, Harvest Foundation offers practical, soul-strengthening support to both pastors and their families. One of the most impactful ways they do this is through Pastoral Getaways, inviting couples to resorts where they can step away from the demands of ministry and experience true rest. These retreats offer more than just time away; they create sacred space for pastors to breathe, recharge, and step back into ministry renewed and encouraged.

In addition, the ministry also provides small groups for both pastors and spouses, offering safe spaces to connect, be encouraged, and build lasting support within the ministry community.
