2. Startup Coaching & Services walks alongside churchplanters by providing hands-on guidance, strategic planning, and team development to move from vision to launch. 
3. After launch, Post-Launch Services offer ongoing coaching, leadership development, and growth support to help new churches stay healthy and mission-focused.

Through every stage, Stadia combines relational coaching, proven strategy, and community to create a clear, sustainable path for churches that grow, multiply, and make a lasting impact.
