Founded in 2003 by David Fletcher, XPastor has equipped thousands of pastors and church leaders worldwide. Drawing from decades of pastoral experience, Fletcher created XPastor to support the unique role of Executive Pastors through practical training, resources, and tools.
XPastor’s mission is to combine the business side of church leadership with a shepherd’s heart, helping Executive Pastors lead with wisdom, clarity, and care.
Today, XPastor provides more than 1,500 free articles on leadership, staffing, strategy, and operations, along with videos and online courses, and a free innovative Salary Forecaster, that enables churches to set fair compensation by comparing their pay rates with others across the U.S.
